How do I use my package plan credits to book a session?
To use your package plan credits, first make sure you are logged into your account. Package credits can be applied only to 1-hour sessions (virtual or in-person).
If you have credits available, you will see the option to apply a package plan credit at the bottom of the booking form when scheduling your session.
If you’d like to book a 2-hour session, simply schedule two separate 1-hour sessions using your available credits.
How do I cancel my weekly recurring subscription package plan?
To cancel your weekly subscription, first ensure you are logged into your account.
Navigate to My Subscriptions, open the subscription dropdown menu, and select Cancel Subscription.
How do I reschedule or cancel a booked tutoring session?
To reschedule or cancel a tutoring session, first make sure you are logged into your account.
Go to My Bookings, locate the session under Upcoming, and click the Manage button to reschedule or cancel your booked session.
Please note: To avoid being charged for a session (or losing a credit), you must reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
