Cancellation Policy

Math 4 Success Free 15-Minute Consultation Policy Math 4 Success offers a free 15-minute consultation to help families, students, schools, and organizations learn more about our services and determine which program or course may be the best fit. Purpose of the Consultation The free consultation is designed to provide a brief overview of Math 4 Success services, answer general questions, and discuss the scholar’s academic needs, goals, and possible next steps. The consultation is not intended to serve as a full tutoring session, diagnostic assessment, academic evaluation, or individualized lesson plan. Consultation Length Each free consultation is limited to 15 minutes. To respect scheduled appointments and other families, consultations will begin and end at the scheduled time. If additional time is needed, Math 4 Success may recommend scheduling a paid consultation, tutoring session, or program enrollment. Scheduling Consultations must be scheduled in advance through the approved Math 4 Success scheduling process. Appointment availability may vary based on staff schedules and program demand. Families and participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling the consultation. Late Arrival Policy If a participant is late, the consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time. Participants who are more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, based on availability. No-Show Policy Participants who do not attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice may not be eligible for another free consultation. Rescheduling and Cancellation If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify Math 4 Success as soon as possible by email or phone/text. Rescheduling is based on availability and is not guaranteed. One Free Consultation Per Family or Organization Math 4 Success offers one free 15-minute consultation per family, student, or organization unless otherwise approved. Additional consultations may require a fee or may be included as part of a registered program or service. Recommendations and Next Steps Any recommendations provided during the consultation are based on the information shared at that time. Final program placement, tutoring recommendations, or service options may require additional information, assessments, or review.
