Cancellation Policy
Math 4 Success Course Cancellation Policy Math 4 Success is committed to providing high-quality educational programs, courses, and enrichment opportunities for scholars and families. To ensure proper planning, staffing, scheduling, and preparation of course materials, the following cancellation policy applies to all Math 4 Success courses unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation by Parent/Guardian or Participant All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing info@math4success.org. Cancellations received 14 or more days before the course start date may be eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees, administrative costs, or course materials that have already been purchased, prepared, mailed, or distributed. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable. No-Shows and Missed Sessions No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be issued for participants who do not attend the course or who miss one or more scheduled sessions. Course Materials If course materials, including but not limited to workbooks, study guides, printed materials, flashcards, supplies, or digital resources, have already been prepared, mailed, or distributed, the cost of those materials may be deducted from any eligible refund. Transfers and Credits At the discretion of Math 4 Success, participants may request to transfer their registration to a future course if space is available. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing before the course begins. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on course availability, scheduling, and program requirements. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Math 4 Success Math 4 Success reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, weather-related issues, facility concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. If Math 4 Success cancels a course, registered participants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future course. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Please allow reasonable processing time for refunds to be completed.
